The only reason why Suikoden and so many other Japanese games have a Chinese PC port is because consoles were banned.

And this port was probably done by an external Chinese company. The assets are likely long gone. Besides it will be in Chinese. You can’t just press a magic button and turn it into English. And finally the people who like playing old jrpgs are either on consoles or savvy enough to use an emulator. It’s PlayStation 1 so it shouldn’t be very hard. Suikoden didn’t sell spectacularly the first time around, it’s just a cult classic, I doubt a PC port will do much. This version has only original language, pleaso don’t download anything from the patch folder becouse it contains a Trojan..
